Do you want a guaranteed speaking role on the topic of your choice? If so, you’ll want to sponsor a seminar. You pick the topic (must be approved by CCA), provide a title, description, and the speaker(s).

Basic audio/visual (1 projector, projector screen, podium & podium microphone, head table, and chairs for panelists with table microphones. Computers and wireless internet are NOT provided.)

Company name or logo listed as a Gold Sponsor status in all show materials (deadlines apply)

Company Video Pitch During a Keynote Session (New 2025 members only)
Introduce your company on the largest stage at the conference – create a 30-second video to be played at the start of a keynote session. Make a lasting impression while all eyes are on the stage. Sponsoring company is responsible for creating the video content (must be approved by CCA).
Available ONLY to members who joined CCA in 2025.

Add-On: Post Show Webinar
Investment: $1,500 for CCA members and $3,000 for non-members
(This is a great deal! Normal rates are $2,000 for CCA members and $5,000 for non-members.)
Exclusively for MCS 2026 sponsors, add a post-show webinar to any MCS 2026 sponsorship. Webinars are a great opportunity to keep the conversation going and continue to share your products and ideas with people you met at MCS 2026 Webinars must be completed by June 30, 2026.
