Make sure all attendees start the day with a hot cup of coffee and a hot breakfast. Your name and logo will appear front and center as attendees start the day! Limited to three sponsors.
Sponsorship includes bronze level benefits, logo featured during morning keynote with a verbal recognition by CCA’s President & CEO.
Coffee with Exhibitors | $5,000
Everyone loves coffee and attendees can never get enough. Sponsor the coffee station in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday afternoon and make sure everyone is fully caffeinated for the day. Your logo will be prominently displayed at the coffee stations with signage as well as recognized on the Schedule of Events and in the Mobile App. Sponsor will be listed as Gold Level.
Exhibit Hall Lunch | $2,000 per sponsor
Everyone loves free lunch! Attendees will have your company to thank for the delicious buffet spread as they walk the show floor. Your company name and logo will be prominently featured.

Exhibit Hall Happy Hour | $3,000 per sponsor
Sponsor drinks and snacks at the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and all the carriers and event attendees will thank you! Your company name and logo will be prominently featured.
Sponsors will be listed as silver level.
Happy Hour Signature Drink | $5,000
Cool down and connect with colleagues over the sponsored signature cocktails, crafted specially for the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour! A perfect blend of tradition and taste to toast an evening of networking and conversation.
Dessert Table | $5,000 per sponsor (Available for Exhibitors Only)
Sponsor a specialty dessert during the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour. The dessert table will be placed in front of your booth: get ready to attract a crowd! Sponsor will be listed as Gold level.

ADD - ON: POST-SHOW WEBINAR
Exclusively for CCA 2026 sponsors, add a post-show webinar to any CCA sponsorship. Webinars are a great opportunity to keep the conversation going and continue to share your products and ideas with people you met at CCA 2026. Webinars must be completed by December 31, 2026.
INVESTMENT: $1,500 for CCA members and $3,000 for non-members. (This is a great deal! Normal rates are $2,000 for CCA members and $5,000 for non-members.)
