Drive booth traffic or display your brand prominently with an eye-catching meter board in the registration area or Exhibit Hall! Meter boards are double-sided and are designed entirely by the sponsor. Show management will determine exact placement on site.

360° Branding Tower

$8,000

Command attention with exclusive branding on a high-visibility 360° banner tower, strategically placed in a prime traffic area. Your company’s logo, messaging, and creative design will be prominently displayed on all sides—ensuring maximum visibility to attendees from every direction throughout the event.

Hotel Key Cards

$8,000

Sponsor the hotel key cards at the host hotel.

Lanyards

$15,000

Get your logo “front and center” around the neck of every show attendee. A two-color sponsor logo is imprinted on the lanyards, printed end-to-end, and available to all attendees at registration.

Investment: $500 per Month | Limited to 5 per month

Advertise front and center on CCA's main website with a banner ad.

MOBILE APP SPLASH SCREEN

Investment: $3,000

Visually reinforce your logo and brand as the first thing users see every time they open the app! Open rates average 10x per day per user. Splash screen prominently features the sponsor’s branding along with the CCA logo.

MOBILE APP PROMOTION PACKAGE

Investment: $750

Get your branding in the hands of every attendee at the show! Our mobile app promotion package includes a push notification and one-hour logo placement at the top of the activity feed.

Push Notification: A text-based message notification sent to attendees through the conference app. This powerful, real-time marketing tool encourages activity at the event and allows the sponsor to command attention of attendees at the specific time with a specific message.
Logo Placement: Have your company logo featured in a prominent location in the app!

MOBILE APP MENU SPONSOR

Investment: $2,000

Elevate your brand to the conference app’s premier location – as a sponsored logo on the app menu, which attendees reference nearly every time they open the app. Attendees will have a prominent gateway to your company’s offerings with your ad being front and center!

TARGETED PITCH CONSULTATION FOR CCA 2025

Investment: $750 Member Rate | $1,500 Nonmember Rate

Put your best foot forward with your marketing and sales plan at MCS 2026 with this add-on for your booth or sponsorship. CCA staff will offer personal and individualized consultation on your show-related strategy to help you and your company make the most of your investment and optimize your efforts to reach your desired audience. Empower your company’s existing sales tactics to go further with show attendees after leveraging the context and insider advice unique to CCA.

Includes:

15-minute introductory call with CCA staff
CCA-generated pitch email geared toward your desired audience

COMPANY VIDEO PITCH DURING A KEYNOTE SESSION

(New 2025 members only)

Introduce your company on the largest stage at the conference – create a 30-second video to be played at the start of a keynote session. Make a lasting impression while all eyes are on the stage. Sponsoring company is responsible for creating the video content (must be approved by CCA).

INDIVIDUAL HAND SANITIZERS

Investment: $7,000 | Limited to 2 Sponsors

Get your brand in the palm of everyone’s hand! Everyone will appreciate access to antibacterial hand sanitizer. Sponsorship includes TSA-approved sized bottles with your company logo on each bottle.

PENS

Investment: $2,500

Supply all attendees with a customized pen with your company logo.
